These Terms of Service govern the use of the Sanatana Dhara application ("the app"), a personal automation tool operated by the owner of the YouTube channel @Sanatana_Dhara.
The app is a private, single-operator tool that automates video uploads to the Sanatana Dhara YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API v3. It is not a public service and is not available to end users.
By authorizing the app via Google OAuth, you acknowledge that you are the channel operator and agree to these terms. If you are not the channel operator, do not authorize the app.

The app uses Google API Services. Use of those services is subject to Google's Terms of Service. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
These terms may be updated at any time. The revised date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
